Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long are appointments?

New patient appointments are 75 minutes and follow-ups are generally 30 to 45 minutes. The longer first visit gives us time to go through your history and build a plan rather than rushing.

2. What insurance do you accept?

We are in network with Regence BCBS, PacificSource commercial plans, Aetna, Providence and MODA. We do not accept Oregon Health Plan. If you are unsure about your plan, call us and we will check.

3. Do you offer a discount for self-pay patients?

Yes. We offer 20% off for patients without insurance or whose plan we do not accept. We can also provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

4. How soon can I get a new patient appointment?

New dermatology patients are typically scheduled within two to four weeks. Call us for current availability, since it moves with the season.

5. Do you offer natural options as well as conventional aesthetic treatments?

Both. On the natural side we offer microneedling, PRP, VAMP nano infusion and our full esthetician menu. We also offer Botox, Dysport, Restylane, Juvederm, Radiesse and Sculptra, plus IPL, vein laser, RF microneedling and Erbium laser.

6. Do you do skin checks and medical dermatology?

Yes. We offer skin cancer screenings and biopsies, mole and skin tag removal, and treatment for acne, eczema, psoriasis and rosacea. Erin Bishop is a dermatology certified nurse practitioner.
